We book events on a first-come first served basis. A NON-REFUNDABLE SECURITY RETAINER and a signed contract is required at the time of booking. Dates are only secured and held once a deposit and contract have been completed. No dates are confirmed over the phone or via email without a deposit and contract in place. Once the contract is signed by all parties, should there be a date change, an extra fee of $100.00 will apply for last minute changes.
Cancellation Policy & Reminder
Written notification in the form of a letter with signatures from all parties concerned is required 60 days prior to the date of the event.
If notification is not provided. G & L Rocks DJ Service is entitled to the full balance owing as stated in the contract agreement.
A non-refundable security retainer and signed contract are due at the time of booking.
Effective September 1, 2023, we ask that all events be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to event date.
Payment Method
We accept the following method of payment; Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and E-Transfers. We do not accept Cheques.
